KC Hispanic News published a guest piece by Rebeca on the 11 Northeast-Westside Route Coalition. Rebeca worked with other neighborhood leaders to build a coalition of organizations to write and co-sign a letter to Mayor Quinton Lucas and City Council outlining the importance of public transit and the 11 Route to their working class neighbors.
